Breathing and Mindfulness

The science of cognitive benefit from controlled breathing has been evident for some time. Making time for mindful breathing has often been difficult as there is almost always something more important that needs to be done or some environments distraction that takes us out of our zone. Much like finding a buddy to hit gym together with, doing a regular breathing regimen in Codo mind with a friend is the best way to make sure you both follow through. Start with just a few minutes and gradually increase your course to unlock deeper relaxation and mental focus. Pair this with some of our scientifically validated brain games to give yourself the best shot at holding cognitive decline at bay.
